Headlight bezel clock

I can't remember who made the clock with the headlight surround. Would you enlighten me on how you secured the two together? I have an idea but maybe yours

This year our ECONO FL meet is held at the Carlsle South /Vanarama event on the Sun and Fun grounds by lakeland airport- Its is 35 for the whole weekend
