Green Mountain Bluegrass Band will be playing at Sam Bond's Garage
this coming Saturday, March 3rd. We'll start around 9:30.

Sam Bond's Garage is a quaint little tavern located at 407 Blair Blvd
in the Whittier District of Eugene. Sam Bond's is housed in an old
car repair shop that is listed in the National Historic Registry. Sam
Bond's offers up good micro-brew, well drinks, and good food in a
      smoke free environment.

The Green Mountain Bluegrass Band is a new band of friends embarking
on the Oregon bluegrass music scene. This 5 piece bluegrass band
knows what traditional bluegrass music is, and how it's supposed to be
played: from the heart, with drive, gathered around a single mic, in a
manner reminiscent of the masters that reflects their soul, their
      spirit, and their talent!

With a hard driving 5 string banjo being the catalyst for their sound,
Green Mountain Bluegrass melds a quintet of some of the Southern
Willamette Valley's best players producing honest to goodness quality
      bluegrass music.

You'll see a combination of familiar and talented, youthful and
seasoned, veterans coalesce as a band to offer you a unique edge
rarely seen these days in regional bluegrass bands. Gary Dunbar
(vocalist and flat-picker extraordinaire), Tyler Lynn (vocalist and
mandolinist par excellence), Dennis Berck (awe-inspiring vocalist and
rhythm guitarist), Mike Bray (efficacious bass fiddler), and Chuck
"Chainsaw" Holloway (singing and picking on the 5 string steam piano),
are the personnel you'll find gracing the stage representing this band.

New band? … Yes, but comprised of some old veterans, as well as young
veterans playing beyond their years. Green Mountain Bluegrass Band is
sure to please the "Jones" in you for traditional hand clapping, foot
stomping, shin digging, straight ahead bluegrass music.

Don't miss the opportunity to come out and join us for an evening of
fun! You'll be glad you did. Bring a friend!

...sorry for the late notice, but the show was a spur of the moment
engagement to help the booking agent for Sam Bond's fill a cancellation.
