      I am missing what you mean.
      Here is the menu HTML:
      <li style="font-size: 100%; margin-left: 15px; margin-top: 15px"><a
      href='http://www.crcyclists.org/' target="_blank" title="Country Roads
      Cyclists">
      <strong>Country Roads Cyclists</strong></a></li>

      <li style="font-size: 100%; margin-left: 15px; margin-top: 15px"><a

      Epic Road Trips">
      <strong>ERT - HOME</strong></a></li>
      </ul>

      Neither one will pop the title in IE now.
      Thanks,

              I agree, IE 8 is buggy. I have stuck to 7 for that reason, but I just
              found one machine with 8 on it - and it does display all your titles. So
              it's an even worse problem, a non-reproducible one. As it's only one
              browser and a rather unimportant feature, I'd just live with it.

                I just thought you had beaten me to it and I was looking at a fixed site
                - not so:

                This is the source I see:
                <li style="font-size: 100%; margin-left: 15px; margin-top: 15px"><a

                <strong>Country Roads Cyclists</strong></a></li>

                And my IE 8 does display all three titles when hovering the mouse.
