      Ed,

      Don mentioned WinME in reference to your problem, is that your OS? If
      it is that file, SFC, that's SYSTEM FILE CHECKER, may have changed
      names, or, it may need to be copied from the CD.

      If that's the case copy it from your CD to \windows\system\, at least
      that's where mine is.

      My msconfig file only deals with how my computer is setup to boot.
