      Hi Bill,

It's easy. Say your workbook is a .txt file (built in Note Tab of
course...), and you zip up the final product as a file named
      workbook.zip (or whatever).

If your server config is such as not to deliver files with that
extension using http, then any link to call that file will initiate a
download instead of a browser display. The link would be:

      <a href='workbook.zip'>Download My Workbook!</a>

or suchlike. If you make a directory (folder) on your server just for
downloads (for organizational purposes), and name it Downloads the
      link would be:

      <a href='Downloads/workbook.zip'>Download My Workbook!</a>

      The procedure would be:
      1. Create your Workbook
      2. Zip and name. Be sure that .zip is on the end of the Name.
      3. FTP the Zipped Archive to your server.
      4. Add the link to your webpage and test.

The same method will work as a zip whatever the unzipped filetype is,
      e.g. .doc .pdf .xls etc.

Note: If you have zipped files of a certain type that all downloaders
may not have the app, it is helpful to include a *readme.txt* file in
the zip archive with a link to a free viewer so they can read your
unzipped files. Acrobat Reader is free, MSWord viewer is free, as are
      many others.

      I hope this helps...

      regards,
