Updates made to all files in the zip file since 3.20b.

Implements a change in the placement of the cursor after insertion of
a command with no parameters. Previously a new line was inserted
after such commands but the cursor remained on the old line. Now it
advances to the new line in such circumstances.

Incorporates revisions to Wayne's Menu Clip to permit this component
to function properly in Notetab Standard and Notetab Lite. Also
includes updates to the "Menu Commands.dat" file for commands using
      quotations.

Wayne's notes about the Menu clip:
The options followed by an elipsis mean that the particular
Menu command will, if used in your clip, always cause a
dialog box to be opened. In such case, your clip will not
have control over the dialog box, but will pause until the
user of the clip deals with it. On the other hand, options
with no symbols following them are menu commands that
usually work immediately and silently from within a clip.

Revised the processing for insertion of a Loop. It now prompts for
loop count data. This entailed changes to the the Syntax outline and
      cliphelp.clh.

Removed tildes from names of "hidden" clips in the Clip Assistant so
they would be hidden in Clipcode retrievals. (This isn't working
correctly, needs more work. Stay away from clips marked for internal
      use in the Clip Assistant.)

      Enjoy,
      Sheri
