Sorry I missed your post below. Unfortunately the behavior you describe
cannot be fixed. Although regex can match just one of the characters in
a CR/LF pair (Windows line break), NoteTab cannot select just one of
them. As a result, if a pattern matches CR or LF, the cursor is placed
before the first line break character without actually selecting it.
When you attempt to repeat the search, it just loops back and forth.
It's hard to explain clearly though. Hope you understood.
