      Lisa, you don't need a separate complex clip. Just one or two commands:

      These two extract the full path or just the name and extension
      from the fully qualified FileName string:

      ^$GetPath(FileName)$
      ^$GetFileName(FileName)$

      These two return the first/subsequent filename (w/o path)
      in the specified path:

      ^$GetFileFirst()$
      ^$GetFileNext$

      This one returns all of the filenames requested in the
      specified path into an array:

      ^$GetFiles()$

      Look at the clip help file for specific syntax and options.
