      I believe you need to remove the carat, "^", in front of %Headings% in
      ^!ClearVariable ^%Headings%. Alternately, you could imply use
      ^!Set %Headings%="" either at the beginning of the clip or in place of
      the ^!ClearVariable %Headings% command.
