      Yours demonstrates \K and lookaheads nicely but it is generally the
      same approach as the first one. It does a replace-all on the whole
      document repetitively until there are no more matches.

      The other approach uses a replace-all in highlight. It gets ALL the
      initials on an aut line in one pass, but can only operates on one aut
      line at a time.
