      Hi Clippers',

For those of you who use my NoteBack there is code below that you
can add to it to get the following results.

To use the calculator type in your equation like (all these are
w/o the quotes) "calc19.95 + 9.95" and Select, Copy or Cut in
(Eudora, uh, I mean) any app with an edit window. My selection
      then gets replaced with:

      19.95 + 9.95 = 29.90 (Bonus: three free discussion mailing lists <g>)

      $99.99 minus $20.00 rebate:
      calc99.99 - 20 returns 99.99 - 20 = 79.99

$1.29 for lemonade sales divided by 3 little girls:
      calc1.29 / 3 returns 1.29 / 3 = 0.43

      calc(32.00 * 5) + (84.45 - 22.13) returns:
      (32.00 * 5) + (84.45 - 22.13) = 222.32

      calc32.00 * 5 + 84.45 - 22.13 returns:
      32.00 * 5 + 84.45 - 22.13 = 222.32

It will work in any app with an edit window, even your browser
location window or an html form. ;)

For those of you who already use an existing OnClipboardChange or
my NoteBack you put the IfSame line below *above* your ^!CopyClip
"^$GetClipboard$" line in OnClipboardChange. If you have a line
like this it goes above it also:

      ^!If "^$GetClipboardSize$" > "50" FormatMail

*Below* ^!CopyClip, etc. you put your :Calc label and its
contents. Somewhere in the Library add the H=_Calc Clip below.

      H=_OnClipboardChange
      ^!IfSame "calc" "^$StrCopy("^$GetClipboard$";1;4)$" Calc
      ^!blah, blah, blah...
      ^!blah, blah, blah...
      ---
      ^!If "^$GetClipboardSize$" > "50" FormatMail
      ^!CopyClip "^$GetClipboard$"
      ---
      :Calc
      ^!Clip "Calc"
      ^!Goto End

      H=_Calc
      ^!SetClipboard ^$StrDelete("^$GetClipboard$";1;4)$
      ^!SetClipboard ^$GetClipboard$ = ^$Calc(^$GetClipboard$)$
      ^!PasteBack

I put a smaller version of NoteBack up without the eMail stuff
and WordWeb in it. It is named NoteBack and the older one is
NoteBack Plus (NoteBack +). If you would like to try one out,
      you can get it at:

      Happy Clip'n!
