      ... It is in the Utilities library and I changed the clip name so I don t know the original. It has an icon which is an image with a chain link on top of it.

        It has an icon which is an image with a chain link on top of it.
        (LinkImage.bmp)

        When the clip is activated it starts a wizard and has a place to paste
        the link location and the image location.
        This produces the HTML for a n image which is is linked to a local or
        HTTP address.
