Two things I found, where it is NOT OK to delimit a string is when
setting a INI file variable, and when setting arrays.
^!SaveValue varname="string with spaces"
will set double quotes in the INI file:
varname=""string with spaces""
The correct (though not intuitive way) is to use NO quotes:
^!SaveValue varname=string with spaces
Setting arrays, you should NEVER quote the entire array, thoug
quoting individual array elements is OK.
^!SetArry %arrayname%="element one";"element two"
