How do I delete the words with the "-" sign preceding them ?

      one
      two
      three
      four
      five
      -six
      -seven
      -eight
      nine
      -ten

They must be deleted completely, (newlines) like:

      one
      two
      three
      four
      five
      nine

      My regular expression:

      ^!replace "^-.*" >> "" ARWS

Doesnt work properly it needs multiple passes, what am I missing to
get it to do the backspace?

Also suppose the lines had url links on them as well:

      one
      two
      three www.site1.com
      four
      five one www.site1.com
      -six
      -seven
      -eight
      nine
      -ten

How do I delete the URL links ? Hopefully with a reg. expression :)
