      There are two ways to do this. First you can just place quotes around the
      whole name.

      ^!AppendToFile "^%csvfile%" "^%csv%^%NL%"

      The other way would be:

      ^!AppendToFile ^$Getshort("^%csvfile%")$ ^%csv%^%NL%

      Actually you could use both of these on the wizards above so that the
      quotes or the short file names are included in the variables themselve.
