      Your library name has a space in it so you need to enclose it in quotes
      like this:

      "C:\Program Files\NoteTab Std\NoteTab.exe" /L="Jacks Library":TurnOnWebClip

      I tend to name my libraries with no spaces in them - JacksLibrary.clb.
