      ^!Replace "<td [^>]*>" >> "<td>" WAIS

      and I then plan to use a similar piece of code to remove all references to
      fonts:

      ^!Replace "<font [^>]*>" >> " " WAIS

      As you will know these don't work.

      Your help appreciated.

      ... ^!Replace ]* RWAIS works for me. (1. R for regex option and 2. yours had SPACE TAB RWAIS instead of SPACE SPACE RWAIS
