      Instead of quick list, use of the menu: Document > insert

      also (just like you describe quick list ie single quotes) as someone already shared.

      I didn't try the quick list but I did try menu doc insert, and it entered single quotes for me (I've single quotes in the options > internet) (i also have: options > html files > create xhtml tags)

      ntp 4.95 I tested your (long line) insertwizardhtml line here and:

      something about that line changes the behavior, forcing double quotes instead of single.

      untested, but I wonder if possibly could eliminate or do without the T=T ? and if to do so would have any effect or not.
