      Hi All,

I have worked with my new clip converter and it seems to work very well. I
cannot find any goofs in it that allows the email system to scramble clip
in email documents as it did before. You do not actually need the clips to
code or decode clips but it speeds up everything by automating the process.
You can decode the below clip for example by doing four search and replace
operations and one Modify/Join operation on the coded document below.

      1. Search for " " and replace with "" to remove any white space the
      emailer may have added
      2. Modify/Join the lines of the document into one long line
      3. Search for "·" and replace with " " to replace all bullet characters
      with spaces.
      4. Search for "¶" and replace with "^P" to replace all paragraph
      characters with cr/lf characters
      5. Search for "»¨¨" and replace with "^T" to replace all chevron and
      snakebite characters with real tabs

The Code for Clips clip simply does the last three search and replace
operations above in reverse with all non=printing characters replaced with
place holders to keep the clip in one long line and allow the email
recipient to easily and accurately restore the original clip from and extra
cr/lf's and white spaces that the email service might add in transit.

Note that this new method of protecting clips puts evering into one single
line, even if it is very long so that a wrappper is not nessecary. See the
look of the encoded clip below.

This is just one long line. Any breaks or spaces in the line are placed
      there by the email process.
