      This is my clip. When I recognized it I tested my copy. It still
      works as it should, but, I'm still running XP Pro. It's been
      discussed on these lists that Win 7 has its own agenda when it
      assigns folders for files.

      I think your problem is that the folders have been changed since your
      O.S. upgrade. If you can determine what the assigned folders are for
      all the NoteTab Pro files I may be able to help you edit the clip so
      it will resume working correctly.

      There is a fine utility, called Search "Everything" you can download
      at the link below, it's one of the best I've used for locating files
      on your drives.

      Try it and let me know the results.
