I just tried the same thing on win2k. Exactly the
same result as WinXP. Read only in NTPro, while NOT read only
in Explorer. When I edit and save to a new name, while
retaining the .reg extension, upon reloading the file
it is read only again, and Explorer does not show that
it is read only.
