I don't mind - else I wouldn't have posted it to the whole group.

It looks like however you are trying to do it is logging you in as

If you are doing it via web browser, I don't know that Netscape will do it,
but most times you can do it like this:

Then it will take you right in. With Netscape, it's no guarantee though.

With that link in Internet Explorer 5 or higher, it should take you directly
      into the file.

No problem about the name thing. You definitely got my attention though! I
was like, WHOA, what did I DO!? :P

I'll help you out in any way possible to get you through this though, so
just let me know - you can always email me personally if you'd like.

I'll just change the title to "Message Problems", if you don't mind :)

      Hi Brian,

Before I get a chance to enter a password or login name, I get an error that
says "Login or Password incorrect" when I try your ftp site.

      Google found the Cowon site:

I'm downloading version 5.51 now. Apparently it is still a freeware program,
but their site says it will soon be a shareware program.

I'll give it a try and see what happens.

Re: Your name in the subject line.
Sorry if that irritated you. I was getting upset and I wanted to make sure
it caught someone's attention. It isn't important to anyone else, but it has
been a big problem for me. If I was retired, or something like that, I
wouldn't have gotten so rattled, but I still have to earn a living and my
e-mail is an important part of that.

Thanks for your understanding. (Everyone else on the list too!)
