      With Ghostscript, you have to print to a PostScript print driver, and choose
      to print to file (choose a color one if you want color). Locate the file
      with a PS extension, and with Ghostview, one can convert it to PDF or I use
      MakePDF, using a shortcut in the SendTo menu.
