      No. As Ray said, clicking the file does open the right program but that
      fails to find the file. So the assciation as such is correct. In same
      cases it is not the command line for open at fault but the entry under
      ddeexec. But as there is one computer doing it correctly and one not, it
      is simply a case of looking into the registries and comparing.
