Several packages fetch the ipkg control file from sources/packagename,
instead of generating it "on-the-fly". This breaks packaging,
as the packages then get an armeb postfix instead of ${TARGET_ARCH}.

offending files include openssh and sudo. Possible suspects can be
listed by doing "grep -L Architecture optware/make/*".

... Very true. This is because this is how it was at the start. The rule is that the new arch that wants the package does the conversion to control file

Very true. This is because this is how it was at the start. The rule
is that the new arch that wants the package does the conversion to
        control file generation.
