      Hi group,

I tried to mount a smb-share on my nslu2 using the following command:

      mount -t smbfs //192.168.1.5/C /mnt/smb

This fails with: mount: Mounting //192.168.1.5/C on /mnt/smb failed:
      Invalid argument

The share and the Mount-Point exists, my rights are sufficient and it
think it "should" work. Is Mounting an SMB-Share not supported as
      'smbmount' mentiones?

      Thanks

        Try
        smbmount //192.168.1.5/C /mnt/smb -o username=xxxx,password=""

This works for me, allthough some errors appear after the command is
entered. The xxxx should be replaced by a windows user, but somehow in
my case, it doesn't matter, what is used here (should not be empty).
