It is impossible to compile programs that use <iostream>, because
syslimits.h is missing (included from limits.h)
      A "touch
syslimits.h" in the include directory seems to help.

+ I had a similar problem; however, exporting C_INCLUDE_PATH set
+ according to the wiki at
      + http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/Info/NativeNSLU2Toolchain fixed the issue

+ Of course I have set the C_INCLUDE_PATH - otherwise nothing can be
+ compiled - but it does'nt help - syslimits.h is not in the include
        + folder.

Hello Silvio, I had the same problem, setting the variable did not help. I worked around the problem by removing the syslimits.h entry in limits.h . Thats

          Hello Silvio,

I had the same problem, setting the variable did not help. I worked
          around the problem by removing
the syslimits.h entry in limits.h . Thats obviously not the right way to
do it, but now compiling works
without any Problems, so far :)

I have successfully compiled : xinetd, postfix, dovecot, fetchmail

          best regards

          Andreas

+ Superceded by the crosstool-native package, which has this problem
            + fixed.
