      I never heard of this device, and I did not even know this device can run optware. What feed is it using? I just tested on a qnap ts-219 (cs08q1armel feed) and

        I just tested on a qnap ts-219 (cs08q1armel feed) and nslu2 unslung (nslu2 feed). Both works fine.

        It's possible that libc version on this i-Stor iS607 device is not entirely compatible with the feed you're using, causing problem.

        Here s what my /opt/etc/ipkg.conf says: src/gz cross http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feeds/optware/ts72xx/cross/stable Obviously this device goes under the i-Stor
