or a native compiler (to run on the same box as optware)? In either
case the answer is going to to depend on what platform you are running
optware on. For some targets the cross compiler is built by the optware
makefile (e.g. unslung), for some you need to download it (e.g wl500)
and for some (e.g. openwrt) you need to build the image first as the
compiler is built as part of building the image.
For a native compiler, crosstool is available as an ipk for glibc based
targets but nothing currently for uclibc targets. I've managed to build
gcc to run native on openwrt which uses uclibc but it requires some
manual intervention in the build process that needs some time to fix
before I can publish it.
