      Aanmaken van de bestanden /var/run/utmp, /var/log/wtmp en /var/log/btmp

      Programs like login, shutdown, uptime and others want to read and
      write the files /var/run/utmp, /var/log/btmp en /var/log/wtmp . These
      files contain information about who's logged in. they also contain
      information about the startup and shutdown time of the computer and a
      record of failed logins.

      You can create the files with the correct
      permissions by executing these commands:

      touch /var/run/utmp
      /var/log/{btmp,lastlog,wtmp} &&
      chmod 644 /var/run/utmp
      /var/log/{btmp,lastlog,wtmp}

      should be possible to do with var.state,
      making it permanent if the cp -rp bug is solved.

      + Nobody volunteered to fix and test this for Unslung 4.x, so it is
      + deferred.
