    on the dos prompt ( start/run/cmd ) type : c: arp -a do you know the name still ? then c: ping slug_name will give you the ipadress if the name is resolved. or

      or htt://slug_name in your browser...

      in the share you use to access, you must be able to find eighter the
      name or the ip address.
