      Hi,

I installed NFS as described in the Wiki and created an export file:

      [SLUG]$ cat /etc/exports
      /share/hdd/data/public
      192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0(rw,sync,all_squash,anonuid=501,anongid=501)
      /share/flash/data/public
      192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0(rw,sync,all_squash,anonuid=501,anongid=501)

      [SLUG]$ showmount -e
      Export list for NSLU2:
      /share/hdd/data/public 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0
      /share/flash/data/public 192.168.0.0/255.255.0.0

From another Linux box I am able to mount the 2nd harddisk
(/share/flash/data/public) but unable to mount the first
      (/share/hdd/data/public). The client give me:

      [root@STAN session]# mount /mnt/nslu2-1
mount: NSLU2:/share/hdd/data/public failed, reason given by server:
      Permission denied

And the NSLU2 logs look like:

      <13>Nov 11 14:55:06 mountd: authenticated mount request from STAN:613
      for /share/hdd/data/public (/share/hdd/data/public)
<12>Nov 11 14:55:06 mountd: getfh failed: Operation not permitted

      Any ideas anyone ?

      Steve
