      Hi All,

This post is just to let you know the links for The HTML Reference
Library by Stephen Le Hunte has been changed since Eric put the
      link in Help.

On the date of this writing (06-05-1999) you could get HTMLib
versions three and four from the following links.

      Version 4
      http://www.htmlib.demon.co.uk/
      ftp://ftp.clara.net/win95/internet/html/hlbsetup.exe

If you downloaded the setup for version 4 and have problems with
it please go to the main page and see if you need some additional
files. I have not tried this version 4 yet with IE5, but it was
necessary to have IE4 installed in the past or get some
additional files not found in the standard Windows 95 OS.

If you prefer a version without all the multimedia stuff that has
almost everything as version 4, then you would want to get ver. 3
      at:

      Version 3
      http://www.hooked.net/~tails/htmlib/

The following is taken directly from Help with the link changed
to the new. If you install version 3 you will need to use
      Htmlib95.hlp instead of HTMLib.exe.

NoteTab makes the popular "The HTML Reference Library" (by
Stephen Le Hunte) available from the Help menu. If you have
HTMLib version 3.0 or older, you can install the package in the
same directory as NoteTab. Another method that works with all
versions is to create a shortcut* to the HTMLib.exe file in the
NoteTab directory. The highly recommended "HTML Reference
      Library" is available from:

      http://www.htmlib.demon.co.uk/

(* to create the shortcut: 1. open Explorer and select the HTMLib
file; 2. press Ctrl+C to copy it to the Clipboard; 3. select the
NoteTab directory and choose the command "paste Shortcut" from
the Edit menu. The menu command will be displayed in NoteTab
      after you restart it.)

      Thanks!
      Jody
