      Good idea :-)

I'm not quite sure what you mean, but the following accented characters are
      quite common: âàèéêôûîï

I tried using the ASCII character set and found these usable in NoteTab
      ÇüéâäàåçêëèïîìÄÅÉæÆôöòûùÿÖÜ¢£¥ƒáíóúñѪº¿¬½¼¡«»ß¶µ±÷°•·n²

As well, when using the character map I was able to add these ones as well
      ƒ„…†‡‰Š‹Œ—˜™š›œŸ¡¢£¤¥§©ª«®³µ¶¸¹º»¾ÀÁÂÃÅÇÈÊËÌÍÎÏÐÒÓÔÕÖØÙÚÛÝáãíðøüýþ

So I find that while you cannot use EVERY ASCII character, it appears you
can't easily do it in any other Windows application either. These ones work
      in NoteTab.
