      Hi! Please help...

      I installed 5.61 std (full version) as a stand-alone,
      thinking I could continue to run 4.65p (full version)
      as my plain-text work horse.

      The two programs seemed to be working side by side
      without conflict until today. It's the outline files.
      Suddenly 4.65p can't display the topics in the outline window.

      I tested and there seems to be this pattern:

      * outlines created in 4.65 and displayed in 4.65
      hide everything after the header:
      "= V5 MultiLine NoSorting TabWidth=30"

      * outlines created in 5.61 and displayed in 4.65
      show the header and
      all of the H=topics (eg: H="; ----")
      but the topics are not in an outline window.
      (it's just a flat text file).

      * 5.61 handles both (of course) -- it shows
      the above files as expected -- without problems.

      so -- Is there some way I can keep 4.65 outlines in 4.65?

      See the outline section of the ini -- below. Headings=1 (?)
      What do I change these values to? Help?

      ini:
      [OutlineList]
      NumberHeadings=1
      HtmlToc=1

        Looking at the ini info you posted, Panel Width=0 I believe possibly
        turned off your outline view. My panelwidth is 183.

        Regards,
        Sheri
