files & wanted the HTML highlighting before saving the file. It's
a different coloring scheme from everything else & definately should
not be used for Outlines. In other files, you can't exactly highlight
a comment but you can come close by using
://------------> this is a comment
'://' & whatever follows up to a space will be whatever your URL Color
is. It can't start at the beginning of a line.
