        Hi John,

        Try http://www.notetab.net

Re: [NTB] Removing/Not removing duplicate lines

Go to the menu bar and select Modify/Lines/Compress. Alternatively, you
can press Shif+Ctrlt+Y. This removes duplicate blank lines but it only
removes one at a time. When you have a blank line between each line of
text, it will remove all of the blank lines but if you have three or four
lines between each line of text, it will only remove one from each group.
You run it on one that has five lines between each line of text and you
will end up with four lines between each line of text. You can just hold
down the Shift and Control Key and then repeatedly press the Y key until
all of the blank lines are gone.

If you select a range of lines this feature will only process your
selection. If you do not select anything, it will select the whole
document or outline heading and process the whole thing.

        I hope this helps.

        Regards,

        Larry
