The Bush Budget Crisis comes sooner than we think.

Between March 2nd and March 8th, the Senate and House Budget Committees will 'mark up' the budgets. These mark-ups will set the spending limits and ceilings for the broad areas of the budget--Education, Housing, Human Services--the works. If the House and Senate vote for these markups, the Congress must remain within these limits in approving funding in each area.

The Bush administration wants Congress to approve spending limits NOW!
