      Dear Prospective Dell East Patron,

Hopefully, by now you are aware that Fred Johnson Promotions
and Coca Cola are helping Philly's historic Dell East kick off its
concert season a bit earlier than normal with a big show featuring
The Isley Bros. and special guest Kelly Price on Saturday, May
25th.  What better way to launch the 30th Anniversary Season
than with Ronald Isley, aka "Mr. Biggs?"

The Dell East box office is open NOW! From now through the close
of business on Friday, May 3rd, there will be no service charge for
tickets to The Isley Brothers/Kelly Price concert purchased at the
Dell East box office window.  In addition to tickets for the big Isley
Brothers concert, season tickets orders for the 2002 Essence of
Entertainment season are now being accepted.  Season ticket sub-
scribers from 2001 can order up to 4 tickets to The Isley Brothers
concert in special prime seating locations when they submit their
paid season ticket renewal for 2002.  For more info, call the box
office between 10 AM-5 PM (weekdays) at 215-685-9560.

The Isley Brothers, whose musical legacy spans more than 40 years,
have been able to re-invent themselves time and again to bring their
sound to over three generations of fans. From modern day hits with
young, up and coming superstars like Jill Scott, who co-wrote and
performs on the song "Said Enough" on The Isley Brothers current
album, "Eternal," to the 1971 cover of the Stephen Stills classic "Love
The One You're With," to the memorable 1973 hit "That Lady" and
1983 hit "Between The Sheets," The Isley Brothers have found a
fountain of youth in an industry of one hit wonders.  Their first hit
was the classic "Shout" way back in 1959.  And of course, Ronald
Isley's "Mr. Biggs" persona was created out of collaborations with
      R. Kelly and Kelly Price dating back to 1996.

With this summer's slate of concerts currently being finalized, the
Dell East maintains its commitment to offering the best in live, out-
door entertainment at affordable prices.  If you've never attended
an event at the Dell East, you need to know that the venue offers
something for everyone.  In addition to The Isley Brothers, the Dell
East stage will host classic R&B acts like Mandrill & WAR,
current gospel heavyweight Donnie McClurkin, rapper Eve as a
celebrity model for the annual Fashion Montage, and much more
      during the 2002 season.

Tickets for The Isley Brothers concert on Saturday, May 25th are
also on sale now at all Ticketmaster outlets. Call Charge-By-Phone
