      Can anyone help me figure out how to extract a plane from 4D data? I
      have tried the following:
      ================================================
      #!/bin/csh

      # extract XZ plane from 3d data

      xyz2pipe -in fid/cnnoesy%02d%03d.fid -z -ri2c -first 1 -last 1 \
      | nmrPipe -fn YTP -hyper \
      | pipe2xyz -out xz%02d%03d.fid -x -ov -verb
      ================================================

      This has worked fine for 3D data, but I get the following errors:

      XY Plane 1 of 1280
      YTP Error writing plane.
      NMRPipe Process Error, row 736.
      NMRPipe Error processing stream.
      NMRPipe Error Status: -1
      NMRPipe Function TP YTP XY2YX

      Any help would be appreciated.

      Check out the nmrtxt directory. Frank put macros (ext.xz.com, ext.xa.com) available over there. Good luck Yongbo
