      By variations i mean are there classification naming
      changes based on lang-locale/region. Or is it that the
      subject codes remain the same across as a standard but
      the descriptions vary based on language/region.

      For example: There could be region specific naming for
      sports ... Soccer is also known as foorball in certain
      parts of the world. How are these customizations
      handled in this classification?
