      As you can see in the samples I uploaded this morning, NAR (especially NewsML G2) content is fairly compact:

       

      Below is a news instance with minimum footprint (from the tutorial, minus embedded comments): from the beginning of this work, we wanted XML documents to be rather small, so they might be downloaded quickly by a Flash graphic, or used by a mobile java application with limited bandwidth. The controlled metadata added to the content would then be used to create innovative applications, like the configuration of “semantic” alerts on mobiles.

       

      My question is to the members of this list (note: I know that somebody from the mobile tech world just joined the list ;-) ): do you think that  NewsML G2 could be used in the mobile environment?
