      Here's something interesting. I got impatient last night and said what the heck and pitched some Lalvin 1118 I had kicking around at a temp of 113F. Figured I'd add the Gert Strand stuff in the am when it cooled down. Well when I got up the 1118 was going strong! Rugged stuff I'd say.
