- The og was 1.760 and the fg was 1.00
I also collected about 1/2 qrt of heads and about a quart of tails.

Did you check your starting and ending gravity or did you just "wing it"? Fruity taste and smell is usually heads. I'm betting you had a bad ferment. Cant say without the Sg info. Mason
