      4lbs Corn Sugar
      3lbs Malt extract
      2lbs Flaked Corn
      1/2 lbs toasted rye
      1/2lbs toasted barley
      2 lbs Flaked Barley
      8lbs Caine Sugar
      One black label Gert Strand yeast
      and water to fill 6gal

      I have done this style before and aged for 2 months and its a smokey oaky smooth drink but what is it? I have been told "Char"... Is it not whiskey? Any suggestions?
