After Iron, Zinc is the most common element in the human body, however It is recommended that not more than 40 mg is consumed per day for more than a few days without consulting a doctor.
My advice is that providing that there is not a stong metallic taste (usually associated with a deficiancy) that makes it too bad to drink, then it should be OK.
Try not to drink it all at one go, but have a few every now and then.
Of course high levels of Zinc intake, are associated with increased sex drive and potency!
Be careful that combined with Alcohol they don't cancel each other out...
