Re: [new_distillers] Re: Sweet Feed anyone???
- For whatever reason sweet feed seems to not be good, but lots of other things from the farm supply will work. Corn especially comes to mind. $7 a bag at my store...----- Original Message -----From: blueeyedpilot69Sent: Saturday, March 28, 2009 6:58 PMSubject: [new_distillers] Re: Sweet Feed anyone???
Mason....... Thanks for the opinion, kinda what I guessed. My sole goal is to make an extremely high end product... I thought the sweet feed might be an inexpensive way to get more experience on the distilling side. I do however want to be able to drink some of my efforts... I currently have a DWWG made with dextrose that is fermenting well and smells great. I will stick with the sugar washes for a while, and then break out the rolled corn and barley....
