      Here’s my method and is not messy at all. What I do with my Z filter is to fill it dry then attach a hose to the filter and run water through for about ½ an hour to wet and flush dust, then will soak the filled filter in a bucket overnight to saturate.

      This is my opinion and if I am wrong I will be corrected I am sure...

      Someone PLEASE help me! There has to be an easy way to clean it before
      you put it in the filter unit. So far i've got it on the floor, on my
      shirt, in my hair and somehow in my mouth. haha. Any suggestions
      fellow polishers.
