First off You should really consider coming over to "New Distillers".
I have been watching your questions and for the most part they are
geared for that group.
As for your questions, Answers are inline.

No the mash is not wasted, pitch more and proceed. However unless
the temp was up above 120F or 130F it is probably/possibly OK.
Also what happen's if you add both baking yeast and wine yeast
together at the same time?
Nothing really. Some distillers do this, as each yeast can contribute
its own flavors. If you do this I would advise keeping the potential
ABV under 13% for the wash. Bread yeast goes dormant just above that.
