RE: [new_distillers] Recipe's
Did you get the other recipes I posted under the “#1007 The back yard still?” Thread? If I get time will make up as a pdf and file in my folder to keep them together plus will add any others I find of interest

I will give it a go. Hopefully some other members will try it too and give a report. I am a bit slow with replying to all my email messages. Could be due to 12 hour working days.
I owe you one.
Keep in touch.

Have found the recipe for a "wild Turkey" type Whiskey
to make 2# 1125ml bottles ( make in larger bottle due extra
flavouring added)can be made up as 2# 1 litre if you wish, your call
1/2 a packet of Still spirits Gobbler chips
2# Litres of 40 ABV neutral Alochol
Soak for 10 days then strain off then add:
1# sachet of Still Spirits Tennessee Whiskey
40mls of glycerin or spirit smoothing agent
top up with Neutral Alcohol
Place in 2# 1125ml bottles and leave for a week at least (longer the
better)to allow flavour to develop. Blending with a food processer or
plunge type blender in the jug prior to bottling I find helps the
flavours merge. I find is best on the rocks or with dash of cold
water, but mixes well with any split.
